تحلیل الگوهای روابط میان حوزه‌های اجتماعی و اقتصادی متأثر از ICT

چکیده

  چکیده   موج فراگیر فناوری‌های نوین اطلاعاتی و ارتباطی که تا نواحی روستایی نفوذ کرده است، شرایط تازه‌ای را بر این نواحی حاکم نموده است. پژوهش حاضر ، با شیوه توصیفی و تحلیلی به بررسی الگوهای تأثیرپذیری حوزه‌های سه گانه اقتصادی- اجتماعی زندگی روستاییان (آگاهی knowledg ؛ نگرش Approach ؛ مهارت و فعالیت Skill & activity ) از فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات پرداخته است. در واقع ، این مطالعه در جستجوی پاسخ به این سؤال است که تأثیرات اقتصادی اجتماعی ICT بر روی کاربران این فنآوری بر اساس چه الگوهایی صورت می‌پذیرد؟ و شیوه دسترسی به این فناوری‌ها چه تأثیری بر روی میزان استفاده از آنها و نیز وضعیت شاخص‌های اقتصادی اجتماعی دارد؟ این پژوهش که در روستاهای بخش مرکزی شهرستان گرگان انجام شده، نشان می‌دهد که سه حوزه مذکور ضمن تأثیرپذیری از فناوری‌های نوین اطلاعاتی و ارتباطی، دارای مدل خاصی از روابط در درون خود نیز هستند. از سوی دیگر ، شیوه‌های دسترسی رابطه مستقیمی با میزان استفاده از ICT و نیز وضعیت شاخص‌های اقتصادی اجتماعی دارند. برای تحلیل داده‌های این پژوهش ، آزمون‌های مختلفی ، از جمله آزمون t ، تحلیل رگرسیون، R2 (ضریب تعیین) و آزمون زوجی دانکن به شیوه تحلیل مسیر انجام شده است.

  Abstract   The pervasive wave of new Information and communication technologies which penetrate in rural areas, caused new conditions in these area. In this research, on analytical and descriptive method, have been focused on impression patterns of social and economic districts of rural life that reacted by ICTs in three aspects: knowledge, approach, and skill & activity. Two questions in this study are: what are the patterns of social and economic effects of ICTs on users? And what are influences of access to ICT on users and social - economic indicators? This study what was performed in central part of Gorgan Township indicated that Information and communication technologies impacts on social – economic aspects, they have specific correlations. In other hand the methods of access have a direct relation with use of ICTs and social and economic indicators. For data analyzing have been used, t test, variance analyzes, R2 and Duncan Test using SPSS.     Keywords: ICT, Access Method to ICT, Social and Economic Districts, Gorgan Township
